I really appreciate your work but please do AC3 or AAC audio instead of HE-AAC, I tried in many TV’s video quality is great but they can’t play audio.

i have done about 1,100 movies and well maybe 3 people can’t play he-aac. sorry it stays the way it is. HE-AAC is a huge factor i can keep movies so small so this will not be changing

  2. Gowtham says:

increase the bitrate maybe. 96kbps and 6ch not so good.

  3. John says:

Come on man.. Seriously?? Nothing wrong with the bitrate? Use a speaker and then talk about it. I wouldn’t comment about video quality as it is great as always but audio quality not so great. The audio quality is much better of 2ch yify than 6ch audio of yours.

Even DK encodes audio are good too. Idk what’s wrong with increasing the bitrate . just cause you can save 10-20 mb we’ll be watching movie with shitty audio?

Just because no one is complaining doesn’t mean your audio is great. Ask people who know something about encoding and stuff then you’ll come to know.

and i just noticed i was off by 10 years 😛 its 37 years old not 27! I have put it out in the chat and i asked for honest answers! i want 5.1 and if i find that others have problems with audio i will raise the bitrate. but nothing crazy but a modest 128! this is Hevc Audio i’m using and like its HEVC Video cousin they are able to go very low bitrates and keep the Quality. x264 you pretty much will need about 1k bitrate for good video but funny thing is for x265 thats considered over kill by many! Also this is a site that’s all about smallest size file but able to maintain quality! i will be listening to what others have to say and go from there. but this movie can’t be used as any sort of Judge since its age and was never remastered. so its not gonna be A grade audio. and that wasn’t a top Priority in early 80s. i’m so tired :p i’m open for listening and we’ll go from there.

I was not talking about this movie. I was talking about all the movies. I just commented on the first movie that i saw on this site. I just checked strawdogs movie and audio quality is still the same. I think 128 would be good. 96 seems good if you’re watching with headphones. But when you watch the movie outside you can see the difference.
